Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Qube, a business intelligence platform operated by QubeBI LLC, a company registered in Doha, Qatar (“QubeBI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing or using Qube, the client (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Qube.

- Services: The Qube platform, including web applications, dashboards, subdomains, APIs, and related features.
- Client Data: Business and operational data uploaded by the Client for processing within Qube.
- Authorized Users: Client’s employees or representatives with valid access credentials.
- Subscription: Paid licensing model granting use of Qube on a per-outlet or per-organization basis.

- Clients must provide accurate information during account setup.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
- Clients are fully responsible for activities conducted under their accounts.

- Access to Qube requires a valid subscription.
- Fees are billed in Qatari Riyals (QAR) unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment is due in advance, according to the billing cycle agreed with QubeBI.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Clients agree to use Qube only for lawful business purposes. Clients may not:
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the platform.
- Resell or sublicense Qube to third parties without authorization.
- Upload harmful code, unlawful content, or data that violates third-party rights.

- Clients retain full ownership of their Client Data.
- QubeBI processes Client Data only to provide the Services, and does not claim ownership.
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information.

All rights, title, and interest in Qube, including software, code, branding, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by QubeBI LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to the Client.

QubeBI strives to maintain high availability of Qube. However, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance and upgrades may result in temporary unavailability.

- Qube is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by Qatari law.
- QubeBI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
- Total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the Client in the preceding twelve (12) months.

- Clients may terminate their subscription with written notice, subject to contractual terms.
- QubeBI may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use.
- Upon termination, Client Data will be returned or deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Clients must comply with applicable laws, including Qatar’s Personal Data Privacy Protection Law (Law No. 13 of 2016) and any other relevant regulations.

QubeBI may amend these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or platform notice. Continued use of Qube after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Doha, Qatar.
